maybe it's even some of my userChrome stuff.

So, since I have a ton of extensions in my default profile and the Test profile I'm sure that there is a conflict somewhere and if/when I have the patience in disabling my 45+ exts. so, I installed it into the other profiles but had no issues with them. That Test profile has no issues with that scrolling thing.so, I installed Noia 4 (which I use here), restarted that profile and the problem was there too. between the two when I have both of them open. is that I use the Walnut theme in my Test one.

My Test profile has pretty much the same setup as my default one but about the only diff. I will play around with some of those subscriptions in one of my test profiles though. but, I suppose that many ads have scripts.Īnyway, don't stress about it. I did notice while on that page that when I viewed block-able items via the Adblock menu it looked like some "scripts" were involved. Yep, I know I can kill off some of those subscriptions but what I was really trying to figure out was why a filter that is supposed to keep ads etc. most of it's junk to me but I'm hoping somebody sells a $1,000.00 item for ten bucks. Here's the garage-sale link to the FB account that I review from time to time. This happens mainly on FB but I've seen it on one non FB page but can't remember right now what it was. just like the one I now have for this page. the one that's always there when a page goes beyond the screen. when all it's supposed to be doing is handling page-content.Īnd, of course everything works in safe-mode because all those extensions are disabled. My main question is why would ADP affect the scroll-bar this way. disabling of stuff (disable for FB vs disable everywhere). I thought that was specific to Firefox as a whole.Īs for the details about why the diff. but, why would it have any affect on the vertical scroll-bar. everything works.Īll my description stuff above is really more for this question.ĪDP is supposed to do stuff like block ads etc. the slider button is still dead.but when I disable ADP everywhere and refresh. When I get into my Adblock menu via its add-on bar ADP options-button and disable for FB and refresh the page. it's just that the button seems dead because it still doesn't move. click on the middle of the bar moves the page also. Click on the bottom down-arrow does move the page but that scroll-button does not move. Placing the mouse on the icon and then attempting to drag it down does nothing. and the vertical scroll-icon is set at the top of the bar.so, everything looks good to go. and it happens mainly on the only Facebook account I visit (a local garage-sale site).Īfter I've temp-allowed Scripts and Cookies for the site. I know that if I disable my filters for some sites.
