Deals are only valid from their scheduled deal time while stocks last, or until 12 December 2021 at 23.55. If a deal item is purchased before the scheduled time of the deal, the checkout value will be due, and no refunds for the difference in price between the checkout value and deal value will be authorized by Raru.If proof of payment is not received after an hour has elapsed the order will be cancelled and the item unreserved. Adding a deal to your cart does not reserve the item and does not guarantee you will receive it, it is only reserved upon successful completion of checkout.
Customer orders are only confirmed once payment is received in our bank account, and after you have received a Payment Receipt email - we recommend using instant payment methods, such as Credit Card, Debit Card or Instant EFT, to avoid disappointment.Deals will be available to purchase until the deal is sold out or hits its stock limit, then each item will revert to its original price.Raru Christmas Sale Deals will be available from 8am 10 Dec until 23:55 Sunday 12 December 2021.
